My husband thinks this is hysterical, being that this is the first out of the home job I have held in over 20 years, I find that it is taking time to adjust my schedule accordingly. I mean for 20 years I did cleaning and childcare, nursing, sewing, laundry, petcare, taxing, banking, shopping, ironing,teaching and all the rest of that...now 3 days a week I go to ajob..and yes it is an adjustment..regardless of what anyone might think.

What I Think About Things!

One of the high schools in our part of the country has banned hugging. Can you imagine? Hugging? I mean gee whiz why don't they ban family, friends, and love too while they are at it. I mean really! All we do in this country is complain about how awful our younger generation is, the kill, maim, do drugs, smoke drink and all other sorts of horrific things, and oh yeah don't forget the dreaded HUGS! For crying out loud, I think that kids that hug and show love to one another are the kids who just might make it in this world where no one is sure what tomorrow will bring.In light of what recently happened in Jonesboro, Arkansas..I truly think banning hugging is a bit on the extreme side.
